Among the large screen phones Google Pixel XL has the lowest radiation levels by far, reminiscent of Samsung Note 2. However, Google Pixel XL is much more capable than Note 2 and is a superior phone all around.  Unfortunately, Google has abandoned it’s commitment to safety, as you can see from maxed out Simultaneous Transmission and Head SAR values.  The entire range of Apple products is the worst, as far as radiation goes, as always.  Samsung line traditionally has been more moderate with radiation output, but this has changed after Note 2, dramatically.  Grab those Pixel XL phones before they are gone!

Note: the smaller Google Pixel and Pixel 2 and Samsung S9 phones have much higher SAR ratings and are not recommended.
